1. The Special Officers have filed the report wherein, it reveals that on June 13, 2026 the election was held and June 15, 2026 the result was declared. The report along with the declaration of the result submitted by the Special Officers is accepted. Let the same be kept with the record.

2. As the election of the Board of Management of Eden City, Mahestala is over, accordingly, the Promoter is directed to handover the physical possession of the entire project including all assets and liabilities, books of accounts, all documents relating to construction of the project etc. to the association of the apartment ownership within a period of three weeks from date.

3. The promoter and the elected members of the association are directed to pay one lakh Rupees (Rs.

50,000/- each) to the Special Officers within a week from date.

4. As the Special Officers submitted report along with declaration of result, accordingly, the Special Officers are discharged from the case.

5. Accordingly, WPA 27549 of 2025 along with the connected application being CAN 1 of 2026 is disposed of.

6. All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

7. Urgent Photostat certified copy, if applied for, be given to the parties upon compliance with all formalities. (Krishna Rao, J.)
