Learned counsel for the appellants submits that the appeal has become infructuous since it relates to a recruitment process of the year 2015 for the post of Auxiliary Fire personnel.

In view of the above, the appeal shall stand dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, all connected pending applications, if any, shall also stand dismissed. 3.
Interim orders, if any, shall stand vacated.

There shall be no order as to costs.
