Petitioner submits there was a land dispute and he has been falsely implicated. Accordingly, he prays for anticipatory bail. 2.

Learned Advocate for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail.

We have considered the materials on record. Petitioner hit the victim on the head with a lathi. He was hospitalized for more than five days.

In view of the prima facie involvement of the petitioner in the crime, we are not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to him. 5.
