Heard learned advocates appearing for the parties. On perusal of the writ petition, I find that there is a representation made by the petitioner on 25th November, 2022 being Annexure P-2 to the writ petition, before the respondent/The Deputy Commissioner State Tax, Srirampur Charge for redressal of his grievance, details of which would appear from the said representation. Considering the facts and circumstances of this case and submission of the parties, this writ petition being WPA 27659 of 2022 is disposed of by directing the aforesaid respondent to consider and dispose of the aforesaid representation dated 25th November, 2022 in accordance with law by passing a reasoned and speaking order after

giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner or its authorized representatives, within four weeks from the date of communication of this order.
