Heard the learned Advocates for the parties.

We have considered the materials on record including the statement of a three year old girl. She alleges petitioner had subjected her to penetrative sexual assault. 3.

In view of gravity of offence and the materials on record, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. 4.

Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected.
