Petitioner submits there was a free fight and he has been falsely implicated. Accordingly, he prays for anticipatory bail. 2.

Learned Advocate for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail.

We have considered the materials on record including the injury report. Petitioner assaulted the victim on the head, a vital part of the body. He was hospitalized.

In view of the aforesaid incriminating materials on record, we are not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to him. 5.
