1. On behalf of the alleged contemnor, extension of time to file affidavit-in-opposition is prayed for.

2. We see that direction for exchange of affidavits was given on May 2, 2025 i.e. more than two and half months ago. We do not appreciate this lackadaisical approach of the alleged contemnor.

3. However, for the ends of justice, time to file affidavit-in-opposition is extended by a week from date (August 1, 2025). Reply thereto, if any, be filed within a week thereafter (August 8, 2025).

4. List this matter after two weeks, whenever this Bench is again available.
