Ms. Sabita Khutia (Bhunya) Mr. Krishna Pada Santra ...for the petitioner Ms. Munmun Tewary Mr. Sanatan Panja ...for the State The petitioner's husband superannuated as a primary teacher after 30 years and expired on 18.12.1979.

Now, the petitioner prays for family pension on account of her husband as he was a primary school teacher. I am not inclined to entertain this matter of the petitioner's family pension. After thirty years she cannot claim it.

Therefore, the writ application is dismissed. (Abhijit Gangopadhyay, J.)
