Matter relates to appointment of the petitioner on compassionate ground since her husband died-inharness. Husband of the petitioner was a Forest Guard under department of Forest, Government of West Bengal.

Hence, writ petition at this stage is not maintainable before this Court.

The writ petition stands dismissed.

However, this order shall not preclude the petitioner to take steps in accordance with law in pursuit of remedy.
