1. Heard learned lawyers for both the parties.

2. We have considered the materials on record. Stolen articles were recovered from the petitioner. Bail prayers of co-accused have been rejected in August, 2024. Under such circumstances, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage.

3. The prayer for bail is rejected.
