The vehicle in question has been returned to the petitioner by the police.

According to the Counsel for the petitioner, the original documents relating to the vehicle in question have been retained by the police.

Mr. Mookherjee, learned Advocate General, on instructions, submits that the original documents have been returned to the petitioner.

In view of the above, nothing further remains to be adjudicated in the matter.

Hence, the instant contempt application shall stand disposed of.

The personal appearance of the alleged contemnor no.2 shall also stand dispensed with. There will be no order as to costs.
