In the first paragraph of order dated November 28, 2024 the name of the agency would be correctly read as "M/s Gobind Prasad Poddar & Bros." instead of "M/s Ram Niranjan & Co." The date of agreement in the first paragraph also be read as "November 16, 1990" instead of "August 31, 1999".

In the page 2, first paragraph at 10th line, the date would be "November 9, 2024 instead of "November 6, 2024".

The direction upon the concerned IOCL to complete the verification within the period of one week should be reckoned from the date of communication of this order.

Remaining portion of the order shall remain unaltered.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
