A communication has also been made to the petitioner that he has obtained total 101 marks. However, I am not entering into the merit of the matter.

I direct the Deputy Secretary to look into the matter after giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner within a period of six weeks from the date of communication of this order and to pass a reasoned and speaking order by two weeks from the date of such hearing. The reasoned and speaking order is to be communicated to the petitioner.

With the said observation and direction, this writ application is disposed of.
