The present revisional application has been preferred praying for expeditious disposal of T.S. No.904 of 2022 pending before the court of Learned Civil Judge(Junior Division) Alipore.

Considering the nature of relief prayed for service is dispensed with.

It appears that the suit was initiated in the year 2022 and is for declaration and permanent injunction.

Considering the said relief prayed for the revisional application is disposed of with the direction that the trial court shall make all endeavours to dispose of the suit in accordance with law preferably within a period of one year from the date of this order without granting any unnecessary adjournment to either side.

The revisional application being C.O. 4047 of 2024 stands disposed of.

Urgent Xerox certified copies of this order, if applied for, shall be supplied to the learned counsel for the parties as expeditiously as possible, in compliance of usual formalities.
