The revisional application is disposed of by permitting the petitioner to meet the child as per earlier arrangement made by the Court.

The direction of the learned District Judge, Purba Bardhaman passed by the order dated November 12, 2025, suspending the mode and manner of visitation is set aside. The system that was prevalent will continue.

The application for modification of the terms and conditions for visitation, which has been fixed for hearing on January 14, 2026 shall be decided in accordance with law. It is expected that the same shall be disposed of within two months thereafter. Act VIII Case No.36 of 2022 shall also be disposed of expeditiously.

However, it is made clear that the earlier arrangement for visitation shall continue from reopening of the Court after the Christmas vacation, till further orders of the trial court.

This Court is of the view that, as the father has not been able to meet the daughter due to suspension of such visitation, an opportunity should be given to the father to meet the child during the Christmas vacation. Accordingly, the mother shall accompany the child to Regent Star Mall, Burdwan on December 25, 2025 and December 28, 2025 between 1.00 p.m. to 4.00 p.m. The father shall meet the child and spend adequate time with her.

The learned Advocates-on-record for the respective parties shall be at liberty to accompany the parties during such visitation, to coordinate and monitor such visit.

Accordingly, the revisional application is disposed of.

There shall be no order as to costs.

Parties are directed to act on the basis of the server copy of this order.
