By this writ petition, petitioner has challenged the impugned order dated 31st October, 2023 and subsequent notice for penalty order which is an appealable order and the time to file appeal is still there.

Considering facts and circumstances of this case I am of the considered view that this case does not fall in those categories of cases where in spite of availability of alternative remedy writ petition could be entertained.

Accordingly this writ petition being WPA 26643 of 2023 is dismissed.
