Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that he is facing obstruction and resistance in enjoying his property. To that effect, police authorities were informed, but no steps have been taken. On the other hand, learned advocate appearing for the respondent nos. 6 & 7 submits that the possession is with the private respondent and the very genesis of the facts narrated in the writ petition is full of inconsistencies.

Learned advocate for the State is present and submits that the Sub-Divisional Officer has already passed an order.

It has also been pointed that a title suit is pending before the learned Civil Judge (Senior Division), Chachal.

In view of the police authorities being well acquainted regarding the dispute existing between the petitioner and the private respondents, I direct the police authorities will only interfere if there is violation of law and order. So far as the other issues are concerned, the same would be adjudicated by the civil court.

With the aforesaid observations WPA 28070 of 2024 is disposed of.
