Counsel for the petitioner is present and submits that the alleged contemnor i.e., the Chairman, Murshidabad Municipality has been changed and new incumbent is elected as Chairperson of the Murshidabad Municipality. Counsel for the petitioner prays for addition of the new incumbent as alleged contemnor no. 2 in the contempt application.

Leave is granted to the petitioner to add the new incumbent, namely, Lalita Das Nandi, Chairperson, Murshidabad Municipality as alleged contemnor no. 2 within a week form the date. The counsel for the petitioner is directed to serve a fresh notice upon the alleged contemnor within a week thereafter.

List this matter on September 6, 2022.

The petitioner is directed to file affidavit-of-service on the next date fixed.
