Mr. Chittapriya Ghosh, learned advocate for the petitioners submits that the instant writ petition suffers from some technical defects, he prays leave to withdraw the same and to file a writ petition afresh on the self-same cause of action.

W.P.A. 27969 of 2024 is dismissed as withdrawn. There shall be no order as to costs. This order, however will not prevent the petitioners to file a fresh writ petition on the selfsame cause of action.
