The instant writ petition was filed for necessary direction upon the Principal i.e.

respondent No. 5 to issue letter of appointment. The service was effect several times upon the respondent No. 5 but he opted not to appear. However, during the pendency of the instant writ petition, no letter of appointment was issued.

Subsequently, on 26.09.2023 a letter of appointment was issued by virtue of G.O. dated 22.11.2021 issued by the Government of West Bengal Education Directorate. Learned advocate appearing on behalf of the Director of Public Institution, West Bengal as well as on behalf of the State submitted the panel.

Considering the entire circumstances, the instant writ petition appears to be infructuous. However, the petitioner is at liberty to raise the relevant points in subsequent stage.

The instant writ petitioner being WPA 27697 of 2022 is disposed of.

All connected applications, if any, stand disposed of.

Interim orders, if any, stand vacated.
