It is submitted on behalf of the petitioners the allegation of threatening witnesses is false. Accordingly, they pray for anticipatory bail.

In view of the fact the principal case involving murder was transferred to Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI), the said agency was notified.

Learned Advocate for the CBI submits there is no threat perception with regard to witnesses in the principal case. 4.

of investigation are general and omnibus, we are inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

Accordingly, we direct in the event of arrest, the petitioners, namely, (1) Manirul Sk., (2) Sakirul Sk., (3) Khodabaks Sekh @ Khodabaksa Sk., (4) Chalat Sk. @ Salat Sk. & (5) Mahitosh Mondal @ Mohitosh Mondal, be released on bail upon furnishing a bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten thousand only) each, with two sureties of like amount each, to the satisfaction of the arresting officer and also subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 482(2) of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 and on further condition that the petitioners shall appear before the jurisdictional court and pray for regular bail within four weeks from date.
