Mr. Ataur Rahman ... for the petitioner Mr. Moniruzzaman ... for the State Learned counsel for the petitioner has filed the present writ petition seeking a direction upon respondent no.2 to consider his application dated 10.03.2022 for heirship certificate.

Learned counsel for the respondent/State appears and states that the District Magistrate shall dispose of the application of the petitioner within a time bound manner i.e. within eight weeks from the passing of this order.

In view of the statement made by the learned counsel for the respondent, petitioner seeks to withdraw the present writ petition, since, the respondent has assured that his application dated 10.03.2022 shall be disposed of within a period of eight weeks from today.

In view of the same the petitioner seeks to withdraw the present writ petition.

Needless to state that petitioner will be at liberty to challenge the order passed by the District Magistrate in accordance with law.

The present writ petition is disposed of in the above terms.
