Petitioner is aggrieved by the fact that he is unable to enter the shop room which is the subject matter of dispute. To that effect, petitioner lodged complaint with the police authorities as well as approached the learned Executive Magistrate. There were directions by the learned Executive Magistrate as is reflected from the records for maintaining peace and tranquility.

Learned advocate for the State submits that the dispute is amongst the brothers.

Learned advocate for the respondent no. 4 is present and submits that the petitioner has approached this Court for ensuring execution regarding the Executive Magistrate's order.

Be that as it may, I have gone through the records of the case. So far as the right, title and interest of the property is concerned, it would be the civil court to decide the same.

Petitioner under this circumstances, if he is faced with any inconveniences so far as issues relating to law and order is concerned, he can approach the local police station who would take steps in accordance with law.

With the aforesaid observations WPA 28021 of 2024 is disposed of.
