Pursuant to our earlier order, I.O. is present in Court today. His presence is noted and dispensed with. Report is placed on record. It appears that the birth certificate utilised by the petitioner to procure the voter's identity card and passport are forged. Prayer has been made before the concerned authorities in that regard. Copy of the report be handed over to the learned Advocate for the petitioner.

Under such circumstances and in view of the materials on record, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected.
