Learned advocate appearing for the petitioners submits that there are certain mistakes and omissions in the writ petition and as such the said learned advocate has been instructed by the petitioners to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to file afresh with better particulars. In this connection a copy of a letter dated December 05, 2025 written on behalf of the petitioner no. 1 to the learned advocate-on-record for the petitioners has been handed up to Court. The said photocopy of the letter dated December 05, 2025 is taken on record.
