None appears for the private respondents despite service.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is civil dispute between the parties and a civil suit filed by the petitioner is pending. Learned trial Court granted an order of ad interim injunction directing both the parties therein to maintain status quo in respect of nature, character and respective possession of the property in question. Despite such order the private respondents are disturbing her peaceful possession in the property and are pressurising her to withdraw the title suit. The petitioner seeks protection.

Since the petitioner alleges violation of the order of ad interim injunction by the private respondents, she is at liberty to take necessary steps before the learned trial Court. In the meantime, the police authority shall keep strict vigil in the area and shall render necessary assistance/protection to the petitioner to ensure that no

threat or pressure is made upon her by the private respondents.

The writ petition is accordingly disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.

Since no affidavit has been invited, allegations contained in the writ petition shall be deemed not to have been admitted.

Urgent certified website copy of the order, if applied for, be given to the parties on compliance of requisite formalities.
