The petitioner participated in the 1st State Level Selection Test, 2016 for appointment in the post of Assistant Teachers of Bengali in Secondary and Higher Secondary Schools under OBC-A category. To get her result in the said selection process, the petitioner applied under the Right to Information Act, 2005 to the West Bengal Central School Service Commission, the respondent no. 3 herein.

The instant writ petition was filed alleging that the Commission has not replied to the aforementioned application.

However, during the pendency of the writ petition, the Commission has supplied the

information sought for and by the aforementioned supplementary affidavit, the said information has been brought on record.

It appears from the reply of the Commission that in the said selection process, the petitioner has scored 69 marks whereas the last candidate in the category of the petitioner called for personality test has scored 76 marks.

That being the position, particularly when the petitioner's application under the Right to Information Act, 2005 has been answered, no further order(s) need be passed in the present writ petition. WPA 27705 of 2022 is accordingly disposed of without any order as to costs.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties subject to compliance of all requisite formalities.
