It appears from the record that the appellant is not appearing in this matter since long.

Initially at the time of filing of the instant appeal, the direction was given to the appellant on May 14, 2014 for preparation of paper book. The direction of the Court for preparation of paper book is not complied with by the appellant.

Observing the absence of the appellant, this Court is directed the department to issue an administrative notice. The administrative notice was issued to the registered address of the appellant as mentioned in the Memo of the Appeal.

The registered consignment returned as insufficient address.

None appears on behalf of the appellant on first call as well as on second call.

Considering the situation, it appears to me that the appellant is not at all interested to proceed further with this appeal. Thus, it is necessary to dispose of the appeal. Hence it is ordered that the instant appeal is dismissed for default.

Connected CAN applications, if any, are also disposed of.
