1. Report filed by the State be kept with the records.

2. The applicant/petitioner was granted bail by an order dated January 13, 2023, passed by a co-ordinate Bench, in CRM (DB) 4427 of 2022, inter alia, on the condition that she "shall not enter the jurisdiction of Chinsurah Police Station except for the purpose of attending court proceedings and shall provide the address where she shall presently reside to the said officerin-charge as well as court below".

3. The applicant/petitioner says that she has been scrupulously complying with all the conditions of bail since January, 2023. Her original residence is within the jurisdiction of Chinsurah Police Station. She has been away from home for more than two years. She is presently residing in Panduah, Hooghly and she has furnished her current residential address to the Signed By :

Officer-in-Charge of Panduah Police Station which was received by the Police Station on February 21, 2023. She now seeks waiver of the aforesaid condition of bail.

4. Learned State Counsel files a report in Court today. Let the same be kept with the records. We find nothing adverse in that report as against the applicant/petitioner.

5. It appears from the report that the petitioner/applicant is complying with the conditions of bail. There appears to be very little possibility of an early conclusion of the trial.

6. Therefore, we are inclined to allow the applicant/petitioner's prayer for relaxation of condition of bail.

7. Accordingly, the condition requiring the applicant/petitioner to stay outside the jurisdiction of Chinsurah Police Station is waived. She shall furnish her current residential address to the jurisdictional Police Station. She must attend the Court proceedings on each and every date.

8. The other conditions of bail shall remain unaltered.

9. The application being IA No: CRAN/1/2024 is accordingly disposed of.
