... for the appellant The matter has come up in the list at the instance of the department. From the note dated 24th January, 2023 of the department, it transpires that there is a typographical error appearing in the cause title of this Court's judgment in this matter dated 18th January, 2023.

"M/s. Dipak Commercial Shrijit International" should be corrected to be "M/s. Dipak Commercial Shriji International". Let the correction be affected as above.

Ms. Ray, who has been appearing for the appellant in this case has pointed out to another similar error appearing at page 6 para 18 last line of the judgment where the word "Rajastan" should be corrected to be "Rajasthan".

Let the corrected as above be also affected.

Ms. Ray, has also urged that a direction of this Court may be made for returning back the Lower Court Records to the Trial Court immediately.

Conceding to her request, it is directed that the department shall take immediate steps for returning back the Lower Court Records to the Trial Court immediately.

Let this order form part and parcel of this Court's judgment dated 18th January, 2023.
