Petitioner submits he has been falsely implicated owing to a matrimonial dispute. He renews his bail prayer. 2.

Learned Advocate for the State opposes the bail prayer.

We have considered the materials on record.

Victim is a mentally challenged girl. She discloses the incident before the Medical officer as well as the Magistrate. Bail prayer of the petitioner had been rejected earlier on merits.

Under such circumstances, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage.

Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected.
