Learned Counsel for the petitioners submits a matrimonial dispute has been resolved between the de facto complainant and her husband. In view of the change in circumstances they renew their prayer for anticipatory bail. 2.

4. We have considered the materials on record. Instant case arose out of a matrimonial dispute between de facto complainant and her husband. Petitioners are the in-laws of the Signed By :

victim lady. Their prayer for anticipatory bail had been turned down earlier. Subsequently couple has amicably resolved their matrimonial dispute. In light of the aforesaid development we allow the application for anticipatory bail.

Accordingly, we direct that in the event of arrest the petitioners shall be released on bail upon furnishing a bond of Rs.10,000/- each, with two sureties of like amount each, one of whom must be local, to the satisfaction of the arresting officer and also be subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 482(2) of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita and on condition that they shall appear before the jurisdictional court and pray for regular bail within a period of four weeks from date.
