Affidavit of service filed today be kept on record. 2.

The present writ petition has been preferred seeking expeditious disposal of O. A. No.3058 of 2023 (LRTT) pending before the Fourth Bench of the West Bengal Land Reforms and Tenancy Tribunal at the behest of the present petitioner.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is a septuagenarian lady and seeks the intervention of the Court for early

disposal of the original application, which is already pending since the year 2023 and affidavits have already been exchanged in connection with the same.

Upon hearing learned counsel for the parties, COLRT 5 of 2025 is disposed of by requesting the Fourth Bench of the West Bengal Land Reforms and Tenancy Tribunal to dispose of O. A. No.3058 of 2023 (LRTT) pending before the said Bench as expeditiously as possible, preferably within three months from the date of communication of this order to the Tribunal.

For the purpose of compliance, all parties, as well as the Tribunal concerned, shall act on the server copy of this order without insisting upon prior production of a certified copy thereof. 6.

There shall be no order as to costs.
