Order dated February 17, 2025 requiring the petitioner to serve a copy of the application for bail on the de facto complainant since the police case involves a crime in respect of a woman remains uncomplied with.

This conduct of the petitioner does not inspire confidence in Court as to his subsequent conduct if the liberty of bail is granted, at this stage.

In such circumstances, we are not minded to grant bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected.

CRM (DB) 3947 of 2024 is dismissed.
