The petitioner seeks inter-district transfer on medical grounds of his spouse.

In the circumstances, the D.P.S.C., Uttar Dinajpur shall obtain the medical opinion of the petitioner's spouse from the CMOH, Uttar Dinajpur and forward the same along with comments to the Secretary, W.B.B.P.E. Upon receipt of the medical opinion of the petitioner's spouse and if satisfied, the Secretary, W.B.B.P.E. shall take an appropriate decision thereon, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of communication of a copy of this order.

With the above observations and directions this writ petition being WPA 28032 of 2024 stands disposed of.

However, there shall be no order as to costs.

Urgent photostat certified copy of the order, if applied for, be given to the parties, upon compliance of all requisite formalities.
