Mr. Pushan Kar Ms. Dolan Saha ........for the petitioner Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the judgment and order of this Court dated 27th September, 2023 was affirmed by the Division Bench and thereafter by the Supreme Court on 28th November, 2023.

Counsel also submits that the petitioner has received an amount of Rs. 2.20 crores from the alleged contemnors.

Hence, nothing further remains of the contempt proceedings.

CPAN 1586 of 2023 is accordingly disposed of in terms of the above.
