Learned advocate for the petitioner submits that there has been change of circumstances.

A report has been submitted on behalf of the State enclosing the communication made to the Officer-in-charge of Rajabagan Police Station, wherein, the present petitioner informed the police station that he do not intend to proceed further into the complaint lodged by him on 13.11.2024.

In view of the aforesaid, the Writ Petition, being WPA 28098 of 2024, is dismissed.

However, the petitioner is granted liberty to approach this court, in view of the fact that the spirit and tenor of the letter before the police authorities reflects that the parties are trying to put in best of their efforts for an amicable settlement.

Report so submitted be kept with the record.
