The petitioners are aggrieved because of their rights being curtailed at the behest of the private respondents in their own property.

I find that the writ petition was preferred pursuant to certain grievances expressed by the petitioners in the year

2022.

As more than two years have passed since the initiation of the writ petition and/or information furnished before the police authorities, there is every possibility of change of circumstances.

In spite of that if the petitioners freshly inform the police authorities by way of written representation, the Officer-incharge of Bhagwanpur Police Station, Purba Medinipur, will consider the representation of the petitioners and deal with the same in accordance with law.

With the aforesaid observations, WPA 27723 of 2022 is disposed of.
