Mohta ... for the petitioner The petitioner has challenged the proceedings of Kasba P.S. Case No. 393 of 2023 dated 20.9.23 under section 307 of the IPC and Section 25(1B)(a)/27 of the Arms Act.

The records of the case reflects that when the revisional application was preferred the investigation was still in progress. The allegations in the FIR at this stage after perusal of the materials collected by the investigating agency in course of the investigation do not appeal to this court for any interference.

However, the petitioner is granted liberty to approach this court after the report under section 173 of the cr.p.c. is submitted and if the same implicates the petitioner and thereafter copies under section 207 of the cr.p.c. are made available to him.

With the aforesaid observations, CRR 4551 of 2023 is disposed of Pending application, if any, is also disposed of.
