1. Heard learned lawyers for both the parties.

2. We have considered the materials on record. Statements of witnesses disclose assault by petitioner on the victim. As a result, he died. Findings in post mortem report show multiple fractures corroborating the ocular version.

3. In view of the aforesaid incriminating evidence on record and gravity of the offence, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

4. The prayer for bail is rejected.
