The learned advocate appearing for the petitioner hands up a copy of the letter dated February 07, 2025, issued by the State Public Information Officer of the West Bengal Board of Primary Education and submits that in view of the information supplied to the petitioner by the said letter dated February 07, 2025 the writ petition has lost its purpose and has become infructuous.

Since no cause of action survives for the present writ petition, WPA 28091 of 2024 is dismissed as having become infructuous.

There shall, however, be no order as to costs. A copy of the letter dated February 07, 2025 is taken on record.
