Ms. Sayantanee Bhattacharjee, learned counsel led by Mr. Supriyo Chattopadhyay, learned Additional Government Pleader appears for the alleged contemnor. Learned counsel for the alleged contemnor today places a communication dated September 26, 2023 issued by the alleged contemnor, the same is taken on record.

On the strength of the said instruction received by the learned counsel for the alleged contemnor, Ms. Bhattacharjee submits that, the direction of this Court dated January 11, 2023 stands fully complied with. Mr. Bari, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, though it is a belated compliance but he has

confirmed this Court that, the direction of the Court is fully complied with but not in the true spirit and purport of the order.

Since the direction of the Court stands complied with, this contempt proceeding CPAN 1587 of 2023 stands dropped and closed.

Accordingly, the contempt application being CPAN 1587 of 2023 stands disposed of.
