Heard the learned Counsels for the parties.

We have considered the materials on record. 15 bottles of Phensedyl Syrup were recovered from co-accused Enamul Molla. Petitioner's complicity in the crime transpires from his statement. He has criminal antecedents. Investigation is in progress. Custodial interrogation of the petitioner may reveal evidence with regard to his complicity in the crime. Accordingly, we are not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
