Banerjee) Mr. Sudipta Dasgupta Mr. Sudip Ghosh Chowdhury ... for the petitioners Mr. Saikat Banerjee Mr. Ratul Biswas Mr. Kaushik Chowdhury ... for the WBBPE The petitioners submit that though they were trained candidates having B.P.Ed. degree, the West Bengal Board of Primary Education did not consider them as trained candidates and they were not considered for recommendation. Thus their opportunity to be engaged as a teacher has been denied. The petitioner submits that as the 2016 recruitment process in respect of a large number of candidates have been set aside by this court with a direction to hold fresh recruitment process for 2016 candidates, the petitioners' training qualification should be taken into account by the Board when such fresh interview and aptitude test would be taken.

I do not find any illegality or unreasonableness in this writ application and the prayer made before me and, therefore, I direct the West Bengal Board of

Primary Education to consider the petitioners' candidature as and when the new interview and aptitude test would be taken as trained candidates. With this observation and direction, this writ application is disposed of.
