The petitioner was granted bail on 5th January, 2018 for a period of three months and then, from time to time the said order of interim bail was extended by co-ordinate Bench of this Court.

Mr. Mukherjee, learned Public Prosecutor appearing for the State submits that till date there are no adverse report so far as the conduct of the present petitioner is concerned.

Having regard to the fact that the petitioner was granted bail for his health condition which required operation at Christian Medical College, Vellore, we are of the opinion that the bail so granted on 05.01.2018 should be confirmed. Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is hereby confirmed.

However, the petitioner shall attend the trial court on each and every date and any violation of not attending the court without a reasonable ground, would entitle the learned special court to cancel the bail without further reference to this Court. The petitioner shall meet with the Officer-inCharge of Kanksa Police Station once in a month until further orders and in case, the petitioner requires to leave the station for treatment, he would inform the same to the Officer-in-Charge of Kanksa Police Station and shall disclose the address where he would be staying after he leaves the station.

With the aforesaid observations, the application for bail, being CRM 11948 of 2017 and all connected applications are disposed of.
