It is further submitted there was a free fight. Learned Advocate appearing for the State opposes the prayer for bail and submits petitioner assaulted the victim. His left eye was damaged.

We have considered the materials on record. Petitioner is the principal offender. He assaulted the victim resulting in loss of eyesight in the left eye. In view of the aforesaid circumstances, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage. The application for bail is thus rejected.
