Heard the learned Advocates for the parties.

We have considered the materials on record. Dying declaration of the victim implicates the petitioner. Bail prayer of the petitioner was rejected in February, 2023. Thereafter, charge has been framed.

Under such circumstances, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected.
