Petitioners have approached this court with the accusations that the police authorities are promptly acting upon the complaints of the private respondents while the petitioner's complaints are intended and not acted upon by the police authorities.

To that effect, learned advocate for the petitioner submits the private respondents are dangerous in nature and has been creating pandemonium and escalating tension by threatening the petitioner and his family members with threats of attempting to murder and also using abusive and

derogatory language. Further allegations are that the petitioner's coconuts/fruits are being stolen and the peaceful enjoyment of the property of the petitioner is being obstructed at the behest of the private respondents.

Learned advocate for the state has submitted a report.

Having considered the nature of the accusations made, I direct that the petitioner would be at liberty to approach the jurisdictional court under section 175(3) of the Code of Criminal Procedure. The jurisdictional court would assess regarding the nature of the accusations by adhering to the provisions of law and pass necessary orders. With the aforesaid observations WPA 28109 of 2024 is disposed of.
