1. Affidavit-of-service filed in Court today be taken on record.

2. The petitioner is aggrieved by the alleged inaction of the Secretary, Ministry of Labour for illegal and/or forced resignation from the employment of the respondent no.4.

3. Counsel for the respondents submits that since after filing of the writ petition, the petitioner has approached the concerned Labour Commissioner, with an application for conciliation under the provisions of the Industrial Disputes Act, 1947 by Section 10(2). The conciliation proceedings are on.

4. In the above circumstances, it is directed that the concerned Labour Commissioner, shall conclude the conciliation proceedings as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of two months from date and pass appropriate order in terms of the Act of 1947.

5. With the aforesaid directions, the instant writ petition shall stand disposed of.

6. There will be no order as to costs.

7. All parties are directed to act on a server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
