Praying for a direction upon the respondents to announce the result of the interview held on 25th May, 2008 for filling up the post of clerk in Garifa Girls' High School (H.S.), Post - Garifa, District - North 24-Parganas, this writ petition was preferred.

I am of the view that with the passage of time, the writ petition has become infructuous and hence, the writ petition stands disposed of.

Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
